It's starting to warm up here in W. Michigan, time to get out the flip flops and show off toes that have been hiding all winter. I am not a fingernail polish, manicure kinda gal. But I am a pedicure...piggy polish kinda gal. I cook and clean too much to have my fingernails polished. Plus, I have this very weird thing about polish on my nails, I think I'm hyper-sensitive or something. It feels like someone is pressing down on my fingernails, when I have polish on them. It's very annoying! So I just paint my piggy toes! This is not to say
you can't use Piggy Polish on your fingers...YOU can, just not weirdo me.
Last year just before Christmas I was in Leighs. Leighs is owned by one of my "
cowgirl friends", Rebecca. I saw a Piggy Polish display, and I was desperate for stocking stuffers for my oldest daughter so I grabbed some! I should have known it would be awesome....because pretty much everything in
Leighs is....awesome.

Not only is the packaging super cute, with a beautiful flower toe ring attached. (That is not the ring in the above picture....it's a real flower. The ring is in the picture on the bottle above.) How blasted fun is that! But the colors are TOO fun. And remember I like words...well the names of the colors are super witty and clever....
Can you heel me now?
That's Wine with me
Pink for yourself
Wedge you say?
The last one has to be my favorite. I just stood there reading the
polish names for about 10 minutes.

Piggy Polish is a SUPER durable nail lacquer that stays shiny. Even on my little girls piggies. And the way they run around barefoot, it has got to be an spectacular product to hold up to that!

Oh my! I love these lil' brown toes!
The world is closing in on me. Everyday it's getting smaller....because a few months later, I found out I know the creator of Piggy Polish. We were rugrats together. We grew up in the same area....know the same people. I went to high school with her husband. I think we even played little league softball together, but that is not documented.....that's just what my very fuzzy memory is telling me. But no matter..I shot Julie an email telling her I loved her product and that I had a blog, the next thing I knew I had a package on my doorstep full of Piggy Polish! Yahoooo! I do love me a GIVEAWAY!
